PAYMENT & POSTAGE
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of E.E.Day & Sons.
PAYMENT
A desposit may be required when ordering an item that we havent stocked before, one of our staff will be in contact regarding whether or not that is needed. We will keep you updated as to when your item will arrive and be dispatched, either via phone, sms or email.
We accept Credit Card, Pay Pal, Humm90, Zip Pay and in store collection.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
If an item purchased isnt in stock, you will be notified via email or preferrably by phone and will be ordered or cancelled if desired.
If you are paying with finance, the discounted price does not apply, it is based on RRP only.
All STIHL Machines cannot be purchased online as per STIHL's Dealer Agreement.
